1. General Disclosure & Nature of Service

Destination Trax™ is a proprietary retirement growth strategy developed by UGRU Financial Coaching and offered through the MyFidu™ platform. It is an educational framework that describes a method of combining Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs) with a market growth account. Destination Trax™ is not a registered security, investment product, mutual fund, or insurance policy. It is a strategy — a structured approach to retirement growth that utilizes multiple financial products in coordination.

This website and all related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The information presented does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, insurance product, or financial instrument. No transaction can be effected through this website.

The Destination Trax™ strategy involves the use of Fixed Indexed Annuities (insurance products) and brokerage accounts (securities). Implementation requires a licensed insurance professional and/or a registered representative or investment advisor, depending on the products selected and the jurisdiction in which you reside.

2. Not Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Nothing contained on this website or in any MyFidu™ or UGRU Financial communication is intended to constitute investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, insurance advice, or an opinion regarding the appropriateness of any investment, insurance product, or financial strategy for any individual.

UGRU Financial Coaching and MyFidu™ are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or insurance companies. The services rendered are educational in nature. We do not manage client assets, hold client funds, or execute trades on behalf of clients.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, and/or attorney before making any financial decisions. Any actions you take based on information provided through this website or our services are taken at your own risk and are solely your responsibility.

3. Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) Disclosures

Fixed Indexed Annuities are insurance products, not securities or investments. They are contracts between you and an insurance company. FIAs do not directly participate in any stock or equity index. You are not buying shares of any stock or index.

Principal Protection: The principal protection referenced in Destination Trax™ materials refers to the contractual guarantee provided by the issuing insurance company that your account value will not decrease due to negative index performance. This guarantee is subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company and does not apply to withdrawals, surrender charges, or optional rider fees that may reduce your account value.

Surrender Charges: FIA contracts typically include a surrender charge period (commonly 3–10 years) during which early withdrawals beyond the penalty-free amount may incur surrender charges. These charges can be substantial (typically 8–10% in early years, declining annually). You should not purchase an FIA if you anticipate needing access to more than 10% of your contract value annually during the surrender period.

Caps, Participation Rates, and Spreads: FIAs credit interest based on the performance of an external index, but this crediting is subject to limitations including caps (maximum interest credited), participation rates (percentage of index gain credited), and/or spreads (amount deducted from index gain before crediting). These rates are set by the insurance company and may change after the initial guarantee period. The specific rates applicable to your contract will be detailed in your contract documents.

Bonus Considerations: Some FIA contracts offer premium bonuses (typically 5–20%). Bonuses may be subject to vesting schedules, may only apply to the income benefit base (not the accumulation value), and contracts with bonuses may have longer surrender periods, higher surrender charges, or lower caps/participation rates than contracts without bonuses. A bonus alone does not determine the overall value of an annuity contract.

Tax Considerations: Annuity withdrawals are generally taxed as ordinary income. Withdrawals taken before age 59½ may be subject to a 10% IRS early withdrawal penalty in addition to ordinary income tax. Tax-deferred growth means taxes are postponed, not eliminated. Consult a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

10% Penalty-Free Withdrawal: Most FIA contracts allow annual withdrawals of up to 10% of the contract value without surrender charges. However, these withdrawals may still be subject to income tax and, if taken before age 59½, the 10% IRS early withdrawal penalty. The availability and terms of penalty-free withdrawals vary by contract and carrier.

Liquidity: Annuities are long-term products designed for retirement. They are not liquid investments. Access to your full account value without surrender charges is typically not available until after the surrender charge period ends.

4. Insurance Product Disclosures

Fixed Indexed Annuities are not bank deposits and are not insured by the FDIC, NCUA, or any federal government agency. They are not obligations of or guaranteed by any bank or credit union.

Guarantees referenced in connection with FIAs are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. The financial strength and claims-paying ability of the insurance company is a critical consideration. You should review the financial ratings of any insurance company before purchasing an annuity contract.

State guaranty associations provide limited protection (typically $250,000 per contract, varying by state) in the event of an insurance company insolvency. This protection is not equivalent to FDIC insurance and should not be relied upon as a primary safeguard.

Annuity product availability, features, and terms vary by state. Not all products are available in all states. Specific product details will be provided in the contract documents and certificate of disclosure provided by the issuing insurance company.

5. Suitability & Appropriateness

Annuities are not suitable for everyone. Whether a Fixed Indexed Annuity is appropriate for you depends on your individual financial situation, including but not limited to: your age, income, net worth, existing assets, liquidity needs, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, and time horizon.

The Destination Trax™ strategy is generally designed for individuals who: (a) are within 10–20 years of retirement or already retired; (b) have funds they do not need to access for at least 3–5 years; (c) seek principal protection while maintaining growth potential; and (d) are comfortable with the limitations of FIA crediting methods (caps, participation rates, spreads).

Destination Trax™ may not be appropriate if you: need immediate access to all of your funds; are under age 50 with a long time horizon and high risk tolerance; have insufficient emergency reserves outside of the strategy; or are seeking maximum possible returns without regard to downside protection.

A licensed financial professional is required to implement this strategy. The free strategy session offered through MyFidu™ is designed to help determine whether Destination Trax™ is appropriate for your specific situation. No obligation or commitment is required.

6. Hypothetical Performance Illustrations

All performance illustrations presented on this website are hypothetical and for educational purposes only. They do not represent actual trading results, actual annuity performance, or actual client outcomes. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future results.

Assumptions Used in Illustrations: Unless otherwise stated, Destination Trax™ illustrations assume: (a) a 5% average annual FIA return; (b) an 8% average annual return on the market growth account, net of fees; (c) a 10% annual penalty-free withdrawal from the FIA; (d) a 10% day-one premium bonus on the FIA; and (e) no additional deposits or withdrawals beyond the strategy parameters. These assumptions are conservative estimates based on historical averages and are not guarantees of future performance.

Actual results will vary — potentially significantly — based on: the specific FIA contract selected (caps, participation rates, spreads, bonus terms); actual market conditions during the investment period; the timing of withdrawals and market entries; fees, taxes, and transaction costs; the specific trade alerts followed (if using UGRU Stocks™); and individual circumstances and decisions.

Hypothetical performance does not account for the impact of taxes, potential surrender charges if the strategy is abandoned early, or the emotional and behavioral factors that affect real-world investment decisions. No representation is made that any individual will or is likely to achieve results similar to those illustrated.

The hypothetical 11.6% annualized return referenced in Destination Trax™ materials represents a modeled outcome based on the assumptions stated above. It is not a guarantee, projection, or promise of future performance. Actual annualized returns could be higher or lower — including the possibility of loss on the market growth account portion of the strategy.

7. CFTC Disclaimer & Rule 4.41

CFTC Disclaimer: Futures, equities, and options trading have large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the futures, equities, or options markets. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. There is substantial risk involved in trading and it is not suitable for everyone.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses like those discussed on this website. The past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. Proceed at your own risk.

CFTC Rule 4.41: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown. All trades, patterns, charts, and systems discussed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as specific advisory recommendations. No system or methodology has ever been developed that can guarantee profits or ensure freedom from losses. No representation or implication is made that using any trading strategy or algorithm will generate profits or ensure freedom from losses.

8. UGRU Stocks™ Trade Alert Disclosures

The Destination Trax™ strategy references the use of UGRU Stocks™ trade alerts for the market growth account portion of the strategy. UGRU Stocks™ is a separate subscription service that provides buy and sell trade alerts based on proprietary, rules-based criteria. The following disclosures apply to the UGRU Stocks™ component:

Not a Solicitation to Sell Securities: UGRU Stocks™ is not a solicitation to buy or sell futures, equities, or options. It is an educational alert service that notifies subscribers when proprietary criteria have been met, triggering a buy or sell signal.

You Control Your Decisions: UGRU Stocks™ alerts are informational only. Only you control your decision to trade. Our service simply alerts you when criteria has been met. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made in your brokerage account.

Risk of Loss: The market growth account portion of Destination Trax™ is subject to full market risk. Unlike the FIA portion, your principal in the market growth account is NOT protected. You can lose some or all of the money invested in the market growth account. Past alert performance does not guarantee future results.

Published Performance: Published results from UGRU Stocks™ (including Tesla +169.8%, Nvidia +222.2%, Coinbase +314.0% from Aug 2022 – Sep 2024) are from actual trading alerts sent to subscribers. However, published results are not indicative of future results and do not guarantee similar performance for any individual trader or investor. Individual results will vary based on timing of execution, position sizing, and market conditions at the time of trade.

Practice First: It is recommended that subscribers first practice with alerts in a paper trading environment where real money is not at risk before committing capital.

9. Back Testing & Published Results

Back Testing: Back testing means that trading strategies are applied against historical stock market activity to see how the trades could have performed. Back tests might not compensate properly for market events such as a sudden lack of liquidity and, depending on the back test, real trades could have been stopped out on a shorter timeframe than what the back test used. Back tested results are not indicative of live trading results and do not guarantee future results.

Published Results: Where published results and performance data are available for review from actual trading, these results represent the performance of alerts as issued. Individual subscriber results will differ based on: when the alert was received and acted upon; the specific price at which the trade was executed; position sizing; brokerage fees and commissions; and whether all alerts in a sequence were followed.

Survivorship Bias: Published results may reflect selection of specific time periods or specific securities that performed well. Not all alerts result in gains. Losses are a normal and expected part of any trading system.

10. Performance Estimates & Projections

Any performance estimates, approximate annual returns, compound annual growth rates (CAGR), or statistical projections presented on this website reflect statistical expectations and historical modeling. They are based on assumptions that may not hold true in future market environments.

Real-world results may vary significantly due to: execution factors (slippage, timing, partial fills); market conditions (volatility, liquidity, correlation changes); fee structures (brokerage commissions, FIA fees, advisory fees); tax implications (capital gains, ordinary income, early withdrawal penalties); and behavioral factors (failure to follow all alerts, emotional decision-making).

These estimates are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered as guarantees or predictions of future performance. Past performance — whether actual, hypothetical, or back-tested — does not guarantee future results.

11. Drawdown & Risk Characteristics

The market growth account portion of Destination Trax™ involves market risk. Trading involves periods of losses and drawdowns. Historical modeling suggests potential drawdowns of 15–25% and losing streaks of 2–4 months are possible on the market growth account. Recovery times may range from 4–10 months.

While the FIA portion of the strategy provides principal protection, the market growth account does not. In a worst-case scenario, it is possible to lose a significant portion of the funds transferred from the FIA to the market growth account. Clients should be prepared for extended periods of losses and sideways performance on the market growth portion.

Combined Strategy Risk: The Destination Trax™ combined return (FIA + market growth) assumes both components perform within their modeled parameters. If the market growth account experiences significant losses, the combined strategy return will be lower than illustrated — potentially significantly lower. The FIA principal protection does not extend to funds that have been withdrawn and placed in the market growth account.

12. 90-Day Performance Guarantee (UGRU Stocks™)

The 90-day performance guarantee applies specifically to the UGRU Stocks™ subscription service. If you follow consecutive alerts for three stocks and do not see gains after 90 days, UGRU Financial offers a full subscription refund within 30 days of your request.

To qualify: You must provide a full trade report demonstrating that you followed the alerts as issued. The guarantee applies to the subscription fee only — it does not guarantee trading profits or protect against trading losses in your brokerage account. This guarantee does not apply to the FIA portion of the Destination Trax™ strategy or to any losses incurred in your market growth account.

Refund requests should be sent to: support@ugrucoaching.com
